About the Transformation Program

Sessions are held via video call (Zoom or similar) and typically last 60-90 minutes. They can also be held in person where logistics allow.

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Debra is flexible and committed to making the program work around your schedule.

Yes. You'll have access to between-session support via email or messaging to discuss progress, ask questions, or navigate challenges as they arise.
